Red Arrows have confirmed the elevation of three Youth coaches to the senior side technical bench with immediate effect.
Francis Kombe, Bronson Chama, and Webster Mulenga have been appointed 3rd assistant coach, physical trainer and assistant physical trainer respectively.
“Super League defending Champions Red Arrows Football Club Management has with immediate effect elevated three Youth Coaches to the senior team.”
Kombe takes up the vacant position of 3rd Assistant Coach, Bronson Chama as Physical Trainer while Webster ‘Sergio Terminator’ Mulenga will be Assistant Physical Trainer and also doubles as Arrows U-10 Head Coach.
Red Arrows Chairman Moses Kambimbi says the appointments are aimed at building capacity within the ranks of the club.
“We want to ensure capacity building within our rank and file in a cost effective model. All the three elevated coaches have done various coaching courses as such we want to see continuity as well as boost the bench at the main team so that there is proper division of roles and specialisation for efficiency and effectiveness and better results,” Col Moses Kambimbi told Arrows media.
Kombe, Chama and Mulenga are all former Airmen and National team players.
The Airmen will be looking to end their 3 match losing streak this afternoon when they take on NAPSA Stars in a week 18 encounter at the National Heroes Stadium.
