Zambian duo of striker Roger Kola and winger Charles Zulu have continued to impress in the Tanzania NBC Premier League.
The former Zanaco players have been scoring important goals for the Ice Cream Makers but today turned providers as they set up a goal each.
Kola set up Zimbabwean forward Prince Dube for the opener in the 22nd minute while Zulu set up Kada Ismail for the second in the 35th minute.
Azam held on to beat Honor Janza’s Namungo 2-1 to end a three-match winless run.
The win takes the Ice Cream Makers to 3rd place with 28 points from 18 games.
Janza’s Namungo on the other hand drop to fourth place with 25 points.
