Kola back at Zanaco 9 years later

Former Zambia U20 national team striker Rodger Kola has re-joined Sensational Zanaco football Club after close to a decade away from Sunset Stadium.

Kola who joins Zanaco as a free agent has been without a club since the end of his contract in Israel has been training with the bankers before finally agreeing on a deal.

The former K.A.A. Gent striker has been named in the Sensational Zanaco 20 man squad to face KYSA this afternoon and may make his first appearance for the bankers since 2008.

The bankers remain without midfield ace Tafadzwa Rusike and defensive Kingpin George Chilufya. Zimisileni Moyo, Maisha Chavda and Racha Kola are also not part of the 20 man squad.

Captain Ziyo Tembo and first choice goalkeeper Toaster Nsabata are out on national duty with Chipolopolo who face the brave warriors of Namibia later today in a COSAFA castle cup quarter final encounter.

  1. Hmmmmm BaZamfoot! What a way of reporting. What is the main issue you are reporting on. I thought the article was about Kola but you somehow end reporting about the chipolopolo. This, in my opnion is wrong.
