Zambian midfielder Klings Kangwa’s goal has been voted as the Red Star Belgrade’s goal of the month for July.
Despite a number of good goals being scored by Crvena Zvezda players, the most beautiful goal with 479 votes went to the Chipolopolo midfielder.
In the 64th minute, The Happy Hearts product dribbled past a defender on the edge of the box, positioned himself, and “fired a projectile” that ended up behind the helpless Randjelovic to make it 2-0, as Red Star thrashed FK Radnik Surdulica 6-0 in a Mozzart Bet Superliga encounter.
Kangwa was also in second place for his first goal for the Red Whites.
Kangwa scored the second goal in Red Star Belgrade’s 4-0 win over Radnički Niš at the Rajko Mitić Stadium in their Serbian Super League opener.
Aleksandar Katai took third place with 192 votes for his goal against Indjija. Mirko Ivanić’s goal in the duel against the team from Surdulica is in fourth place with 102 votes, while young Stefan Mitrović’s goal against Mladosta from Lucca got 59 votes.
Kangwa has now scored three goals and assisted three in the five games he has played in all Competitions so far.
