Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg is host to four Zambian players for the next 2 weeks.
Defender Mathews Banda linked up with his Kafue Celtic teammates trio Litia Litia, Noah Chikote and Vincent Mutondo .
The trio Litia, Chikote and Mutondo [All below 16 years] are in Salzburg for the Next Generation Trophy 2022 Tournament as part of Malian side Yeleen Olympique.
The exciting youngsters spent 2 weeks in Mali to help them gel with their teammates before travelling to Austria five days ago.
Yeleen Olympique are in the semi finals having seen off competition from AC Milan, Valencia and Red Bull Salzburg Under-16 sides.
Banda’s program is different to the trio as he is attending trials at the famed Austrian side.
The 17 year old is seen by many as a modern day attacking full back who has has similar playing style to ex-Brazilian international Maicon.
The quartet where also joined by members of the 12 management led by Frederick Kanoute, Edu and Nicol.
Red Bull Salburg’s history with Zambian goes as far back as 2016 when they snapped Patson Daka.
In the 2017, they signed Enock Mwepu.
