Green Buffaloes midfielder Andrew Mupande is attracting interest from a number of Super League clubs this January window, reports Zambian transfer expert Wami Katanga.
Mupande’s contract with Buffaloes is running out at the end of May, 2025 and could leave this month.
The defensive midfielder has featured in all of Buffaloes’ matches this season, just like last term.
The versatile Midfielder joined the Zambia army sponsored outfit at the beginning of the 2023/2024 season.
Mupande, a defensive midfielder, was one of the stand-out players for Nkwazi since 2021 despite the team not having a good campaign.
Elsewhere Owen Tembo being monitored
A number of clubs are attentive to midfielder Owen Tembo’s current situation at Power Dynamos, reports Zambian transfer expert Wami Katanga.
Tembo’s contract with Power elapses at the end of the season and he is said to have been approached by ZPL giants who would like to sign him on a free transfer.
Katanga reports that Tembo is yet to reach an agreement with Power over a new deal.
The versatile midfielder is believed to be one of the best midfielders in the MTN Super League.
