Lumwana Radiants thumped Zesco Solwezi 4 – 0 to end the first half of the season on top of the Division one North and secure a place in the Barclays Cup.
Kabwe Warriors on the other hand will also go into the mid-season break on top of the log but they will have to wait for a board room decision for this to be confirmed after their week 17 fixture failed to kickoff following the failure of Katete Rangers to travel to Kabwe.
The two Division one teams join six Super League teams; Zanaco, Power Dynamos, Zesco United, Nkwazi, Green Buffaloes and Mufulira Wanderers in the country’s only Cup competition.
