Red Arrows football club head coach Honor Janza was full of praise for his opponents after seeing his side go down two goals to one at home to Nkana. Janza wass however disappointed with his teams failure to utilise their chances.
“First and foremost I must congratulate Nkana. They played a good game. They came prepared, We thought we were more than ready for them because we prepared well but today they were more aggressive upfront. What costed us was the chances we failed to utilise in the first half, we created two or three good chances but we failed to utilise them,” he said
The former Zambia National team head coach has admitted that his teams chance for top four is now over. Janza says his team is now just focusing on finishing in a better position than they are and hope for a better 2018.
” Our target was top four but now it’s gone. If we had won our last game against Nchanga Rangers and today’s game we would still be in contention. As things stand we will just try to finish in a respectable position. We want to win all our remaining games so that we can end the season on a high and motivate ourselves for the coming season,” Janza said.
Goals from fan favourite Ronald Kampamba and midfielder Jacob Ngulube helped Nkana to a two goals to one win over Red Arrows at Nkoloma Stadium. Festus Mbewe netted Arrow’s consolation goal against his former club in additional time .
The win takes Nkana to third on the log with 62 points, A point above Green Buffaloes who face Buildcon tomorrow at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in a early Kick off.

Kalampaaaaaaaaaa, a lot is coming.
Congratulation ba Nkana, thanks to Sate Sate who inflicted more wound on the coach who has kept on calling misfiring Alex Ng’onga to the national team. My wish to power dynamos fans is that Alex N’gonga should work extra hard and start utilizing every chance at his disporse. I will continue saying that he is not a national team material.
If only Nkan never lost some three sure wins they could have won this one (league)! Go Nkana, go!
