Indeni Roses Captain Esther ‘Onga’ Mukwasa has declared her team ready for today’s stern test against the Elite Lusaka Dynamos at the National Sports Development Center(NASDEC) in a Match Week 4 of the FAZ Women’s Super League at 11:00hrs.
Esther Namukwasa who has been impressive in this inaugural Women’s National League told the ZamFoot Crew that despite having challenges with some key players out of action due to injuries, the Oilo Ladies are ready for the game.
“Despite having challenges due to some of our players being injured we will work hard in today’s game against Lusaka Dynamos because it is not going to be easy for us but we are definitely coming for the maximum three points,” Mukwasa speaking.
Mukwasa who is commonly known as Onga has scored in all the Roses’ games played so far and she’s the second league top goal scorer with 4 goals to her name and she feels she’s not under any pressure because she aims to score in each opportunity she finds so that she helps her team.
“Being the captain and top goal scorer in the team doesn’t give me any pressure at all because all I am doing is focusing on today’s game so that I help my team to get maximum points and looking forward to keeping scoring on every chance,” she added.
Indeni and Lusaka Dynamos will lock horns in an early kick-off match slated for NASDEC at 11:00hrs with the winner of this match having an opportunity to go on top of the log standings.
