Chipolopolo coach Avram Grant has announced a 26-man squad for back-to-back AFCON Qualifier matches against Chad.
Saudi Arabia based forward Fashion Sakala Jr has been left out again, This follows a fallout between the coach and the player back in May when Sakala was left out of the back to back World Cup qualifiers.

The tournament will be held from 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.
There must be a place for reconciliation between coach Grant and Fashion Sakala. Fashion is willing to play for Zambia and we really need to boost our attack. We must be at our best in all the remaining games. This matter must be resolved quickly
Grant must be fired. Katanga must be fired. Only an imbecile would leave out Fashion from the team.
