Tanzanian giants Simba SC have confirmed the acquisition of Ivorian striker Michael Freddy Kouablan from MTN Super League side Green Eagles.
Simba took to social media to confirm the development. Freddy Michael has penned a two year deal with Wekundu wa Msimbazi.
The Ivorian leads the MTN Super League goalscoring charts with 14 strikes in 17 games.
Kouablan joined the Kawale Boys from Angolan side Desportivo da Huila at the start of the 2023/24 season.
At Simba he will be expected to battle for a starting place with the likes of John Bocco Ntibazokinza Saidi, Kibu Dennis among others.
Simba are currently third of the Tanzania Ligi Kuu table with 23 points from 10 games.
