Green Eagles Defender cum midfielder currently on loan at Brave Nchanga Rangers FC Boston Muchindu underwent a successful shoulder surgery on Tuesday.
The player took to social media as monitored by the ZamFoot Crew to confirm the development.
The former Nkana defender underwent the surgery at Coptic Hospital in Lusaka.
“Am glad to announce that on Tuesday 18th April I had my shoulder dislocation surgery and it went successful
A big thanks to the Brave Nchanga Rangers FC management team which made sure I get the treatment required,” Muchindu said.
“Thanks also to the club President who spared some time on his busy schedule to check on me at the hospital today
Would also like to thank the medical staff at Coptic hospital who made sure my surgery went successfully . Now it’s time for healing from wounds and recovery.”
The former Zambia Under 20 midfielder collided with the goalkeeper during a training session in January and had his shoulder dislocated.
Muchindu was part of the Zambia U-20 National Team that reached the quarter finals of the World Cup in 2017.
