Sensational Zanaco came from a goal down to beat Kabwe Warriors away at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium to open one point at the summit of the MTN/FAZ Super League table.
Zanaco went into the match winless on the road hence the Chris Kaunda was looking for their first win away from home this season.
Kabwe Warriors started strong and needed just two minutes to take the lead, Twiza Chaibela netting from a long-range drive, the ball bouncing in front of Mangani Banda who had no chance.
The Bankers came back into the game shortly as Ziyo Tembo directed a Baba Basile header to level matters. In the second half, Enerst Mbewe headed in from close range after a beautiful cross from Romaric Petroipa.
Zanaco held on to win the match, Their sixth win away to Kabwe Warriors in 27 meetings at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium opening a one-point lead, leapfrogging Prison Leopards who can retain their slot with a win on Sunday against Napsa Stars.
