FAZ Division 1 Western Province leaders Luena Buffaloes’ winning run came to an end over the weekend as they recorded a nil-all draw away to Yeta FC.
The Buffaloes went on an amazing winning streak winning all their opening eight games scoring 23 and allowing only 4 goals. This was the first game for Luena Buffaloes finishing without finding the back of the net.
Bottom placed Celtic are in deep trouble and not finding it pleasing at all to play the Division 1 league. They are yet to get any point as they have lost all the 9 opening games scoring none and allowing 27 with an average of allowing 3 goals per game.
In the week 17 encounter, they lost 3-0 to Kalabo Town Council.
In another fixture, Luampa Young Stars benefited 3 points and 3 goals without a sweat after their 12th placed opponents Shangombo failed to appear at the venue of the match.
