Attacking midfielder Boster Siyoma has joined MTN Super League side Mutondo Stars, the ZamFoot Crew can exclusively reveal.
Siyoma has penned a one year deal with Evergreen as a free agent. Siyoma was available on the market during this transfer window after the expiration of his contract with NAPSA Stars.
Siyoma’s contract with the Pensioners ended earlier this month, and Mutondo quickly snapped up the attacking midfielder.
The Shamuel Academy product initially joined NAPSA Stars on a season-long loan deal in August 2022 before signing a two-year permanent contract.
Prior to this, he spent a season on loan at Ndola-based side Gomes during the 2021/2022 season.
Siyoma spent the last six months of last season on loan at Lusaka-based side Makeni All Stars, where he was instrumental in helping the team win the Lusaka Provincial Division One league.
NAPSA Stars acknowledged Siyoma’s importance on their official website, stating, “Since the 2022/23 season, this player has been an integral part of Coach Perry Mutapa’s squad, a period that coincided with the team’s successful journey back to the Super League.”
Siyoma opened his goal-scoring account for the Pensioners on September 23, 2023, with a beautiful strike in a 3-0 win over ZANACO at Woodlands Stadium.
Siyoma could make his debut for Mutondo Stars this afternoon when they kick off their 2025/2026 MTN Super League campaign away in Chingola against Nchanga Rangers.
