Winger Evans Chisenga has left MTN Super League side Mufulira Wanderers. Abatalali, as he is affectionately referred to by the Shinde faithfuls, took to social media to confirm his departure.
“After an unforgettable journey, the time has come to say goodbye.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mighty Mufulira Wanderers FC for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to wear this historic badge. Thank you to the executive, coaches, technical staff, my teammates, and the incredible Mighty supporters for your unwavering love and support throughout my time at the club.
I leave with nothing but respect, appreciation, and unforgettable memories. I wish Mighty Mufulira Wanderers nothing but success in the seasons ahead.”
The ZamFoot Crew understands that Chisenga has attracted interest from Green Buffaloes and Green Eagles.
He joins the long list of players who have left Shinde Stadium including Collins Makungu, Gilbert Tentani, Owen Mwamba with Paul Tembo also said to be heading out.
