Wedson Nyirenda will have a strengthened squad when Zambia face Uganda tomorrow after European and South African based players joined the squad that is in Kampala.
Collins Mbesuma, Chisamba Lungu, Kennedy Mweene, Stopilla Sunzu, Evans Kangwa ans Rogers Kola were all part of the afternoon training session at Namboole Stadium the venue of the match.
This leaves only the TP Mazembe trio of Kabaso Chongo, Nathan Sinkala and Rainford Kalaba to join camp.
Sinkala however is a doubt after he missed his teams final Confederations Cup match against Mo Beijaia. This is after he was injured on he first leg.
The match will kick off at 16h00 East African Time.

Greetings my friends! If Sinkala is injured, all the more reason to call Musonda from Armenia. Also, why has Mbola been deleted from the list of defenders? His experience would add to Sunzu’s leadership on the back line. To strengthen the strike force my vote goes to Mayuka, who career must be rejuvenated. It will not be a coach in Egypt who does it. Have we already forgotten 2012?
The upcoming game in Cameroon is way to important to use as a litmus test to see if Mayuka still has goals in his legs. The best option to replace Kalengo would have been Jackson Mwanza.
On Mayuka it’s a dead end. He has to earn his Call up. The least the coach should have done is maintain Jackson Mwanza. He seemed sharp against Nigeria

Our team is worrying.now that sinkala is likely not to play this game chansa should have been included in the team to help the midfield because this means that muthonga will take number 6 and chaila 8 but i fear chaila can’t cope well with cameroon for 90 minutes.fwayo again will not have it easy here .Mayuka even if we are saying he is finished he better than kampamba far.it was even same to katongo alot of people said he was finished but what did he do when he was recalled ? Zambia’s population is almost nearing 15 million if not 16 million.If each of us was asked to come up with a list of players to be called to the national team, we would end up with 15 million plus lists of different players.What am simply saying is that let the coach work with the crop of players he feels can deliver for him and the nation and these others who have been left out will have their chance to play if the coach feels the need.However, my word of caution to the coach is that team selection must be on merit unlike what has been happening in the recent past.GO ZAMBIA GO!
