Former Zambia U17 national team striker Emmanuel Mwanza has returned to ZPL National League side Kafue Celtic.
Mwanza has been recalled by his parent club from his loan at MTN Super League side Nkana. Mwanza joined Nkana in February after another loan stint with NAPSA Stars.
Meanwhile Celtic has promoted eleven players from Young Crocs to the main team ahead of the 2025/2026 season that kicks off this weekend.
Zambia U17 National team midfielder Ntasililwe Malupande, Chama Chansa and Harrison Wina lead the list of newly promoted players.
This is according to a press statement by the club’s media and public relations officer Esther Mwale and availed to the ZamFoot Crew.
“We are proud to announce our 27-member squad as the 2025/2026 ZPL National League season kicks off in three days’ time.
The Crocs head into the new campaign with a strong mix of experience and youthful energy, determined to make an impact.
This season marks a milestone for our development pathway, with 11 players graduating from Young Crocs FC into the senior team: Noah Chikote, Sheba Mukamba, Nthasilwe Malupande, Jonathan Siwale, Elias Mudolo, Harrison Wina, Nelson Chilemu, Kasonde Kabanda, Chama Chansa, Orton Phiri, and Justine Chishala.”
In addition, the club has sent 17 players out on loan to continue their development.
