Eden University Women’s Super League Champions ZESCO Ndola Girls will begin their TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League| COSAFA Qualifiers campaign on Friday against Beauties of Namibia.
The Ndola based outfit will represent Zambia in the CAF Women’s Champions League COSAFA Qualifiers 2025, marking a historic first for the team.
They then face two time CAF Women’s Champions League winners Mamelodi Sundowns two days later in what is expected to be a gigantic showdown.
They will complete their group stage games with a tie against Malawian side Ntopwa on Tuesday next week.
All matches will be staged at the University of Johannesburg’s AW Muller Stadium , with live coverage on COSAFA TV.
Zegalicious will be looking to emulate Green Buffaloes’ 2022 run when they won the competition and subsequently qualified for the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League proper.
Group B has Gaborone United of Botswana, Eswatini’s Young Buffaloes and Kick4Life WFC of Lesotho.
Herentals Queens of Zimbabwe, Costa Do Sol of Mozambique and Olympique de Moroni of Comoros make up Group C.
