The Zambia U20 national soccer team will today take to the pitch playing for pride against Swaziland in a dead rubber final group A clash.
The defending champions have not scored a goal yet in the tournament, and coach Numba Mumamba has made three changes to his team.
Kingsley Hakwiya has been ruled out due to injury and he will be replaced by Jonathan Kapelembe.
Fazfootball further reports that Nkwazi striker Lameck Banda, Victor Kasokola and goalie Daniel Sikanyika will be on the bench after having started in the first two matches. Green Buffaloes’ product Prince Bwalya will start in goal with Godfrey Chanda also starting upfront.
The young Chipolopolo were beaten 2 – 0 in the opening match against Uganda before being held to a goalless draw by neighbours Malawi.
With only the top team in each group and the best runner up qualifying to the semi-finals, Zambia have no further say in the tournament after this match.
The match kicks off at 12:00 hours Zambian time at Nkana Stadium.
