Copper Princesses back home after World Cup qualification

The Copper Princesses have arrived back in Zambia after their historic qualification for the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup.

FAZ President Andrew Kamanga, flanked by General Secretary Reuben Kamanga, led the warm welcome at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka.

The FAZ boss assured the team of adequate preparations ahead of the World Cup, reaffirming FAZ’s commitment to ensuring the Copper Princesses are fully supported as they take on the world.

Zambia Sports Fans Association patron Pastor Peter Makembo and his vibrant majorettes were also on hand to celebrate the team’s incredible achievement.
