A Congolese defender cum midfielder has been spotted at Nkoloma Stadium training with defending Champions, Red Arrows.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that the defender has been training with the Airmen for sometime now.
“Yes, he has been around for sometime and seems to have impressed Chisi Mbewe and his technical bench,” a source said.
“The idea is to tighten the ship at the back ever since the departure of Tresor Tshibwabwa the team looks shaky.”
A deal has not yet been offered but the ZamFoot Crew understands that everything looks set and it’s only a matter of time before he can officially join the Airmen ranks.
The Airmen are currently in the market and expected to sign at least two players to beef up their squad.
Chisi Mbewe’s men are currently fourth on the log with 27 points after 17 games.
They suffered three straight losses before the season went on a break and will look to return to winning ways when the league resumes next week.
