Mufulira Wanderers captain Collins Makungu is close to joining Lusaka based MTN Super League side ZANACO FC, as per Wami Katanga.
Makungu is set to sign a two-and-half years contract with Bankers with personal terms already agreed.
Zanaco are now working on final details with Wanderers before announcing the arrival of the Maite captain.
Makungu who has a one year and half left on his Mufulira Wanderers contract has been influential for the Copperbelt based outfit.
Numba Mumamba is looking to reinforce his squad and the Wanderers captain seems to be one of his top targets this January.
Makungu has in the last 24 months earned himself call ups to the local CHAN Squad, The COSAFA Cup team and the All Stars vs the Rest match.
