Clement Mulenga set to leave Kabwe Warriors in January

Midfielder Clement ‘Jakuzi’ Mulenga is set to leave Kabwe Warriors during the January transfer window the ZamFoot Crew can reveal.

The ZamFoot Crew understands that the player is a target of interest from a number of Lusaka based Super League sides.

Under Numba Mumamba he has struggled for game time which seems to be one of the reasons for his proposed move away from Kabwe.

“He is on his way out, It seems Numba Mumamba does not have a plan for him and he wants to be more involved in the team hence the only way out seems like a move away from the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium, “ a source told the ZamFoot Crew.

Mulenga joined Kabwe Warriors in July 2022 after an impressive run with Indeni.

The defensive midfielder enjoyed great form during the 2021/2022 Zambia Super League season and scored some vital goals for Indeni.

Mulenga has been very instrumental for the Oilo Men that season managing to score five goals, assist six  and was  also involved in the build of many others.

In March 2022 he was roped into the Copperbelt Select for the All Stars vs the Rest match.
