Chipolopolo midfield ace Clatous Chota Chama came from the bench to score the only goal of the game as Simba SC edged Mbeya Kwanza 1-0 in an NBC Premier League clash.
Chama started on the bench while Compatriot Rally Bwalya started in the middle of the park.
Chama slotted home from close range after a scramble , not his usual spectacular goal but it was enough for Wekundu wa Msimbazi to carry maximum points.
The goal is Chama’s first in the league since his return to Tanzania after a six months stint in Morocco.
It is the second goal in all competitions having scored and assisted twice over a week ago in Simba’s 6-0 win over Dar City in Azam Sports Federation Cup
The win takes Simba SC to 31 points five adrift of log leaders, Young Africans who also have a game in hand.
