Zambia national team midfielder Clatous Chota Chama has been named as the player of the month of March in the Tanzania NBC Premier League.
Chama scored two goals in as many games in March helping Simba SC to two routine wins over Dodoma Jiji and Biashara Mara United, 2-0 and 3-0 respectively.
Simba SC head coach Pablo Franco was also named as the NBC Premier League coach of the month for March.
This is the first time for Pablo to win the award since joining the club and for Chama as well after his return to the squad in January.
Chama has been in fine form since his return from an unsuccessful stint in Morocco.
