Green Eagles head coach Aggrey Chiyangi described his teams 3-1 win over Power dynamos as a sweet victory.
Chiyangi believes this is an important win for his side given their log standing at the moment. Chiyangi wants his team to push and make sure they start fighting with the teams that are at the summit of the log.
“A very important win for us. When you look at the log at the moment we lagging behind. We need to push up and make sure we start fighting with the big guns at the top so that’s why we had to push the players so that we get a win especially that we were playing at home,” he told the ZamFoot Crew in an interview.
” It’s a good victory, Sweet sweet victory because at this moment I am sure everyone wants to see the team winning,” he added.
Green Eagles will next face Lumwana Radiants away and will be without their Head Coach who will be out with the National Team.
Kennedy Musonda scored a brace with Shadreck Mulungwe adding a goal as Eagles managed a comfortable 3-1 win over Power dynamos at the Choma Independence Stadium.
The win takes Eagles to 9th position on the log with a game in hand while Power dynamos drop to 14th position.
