Russian based playmaker Chisamba Lungu has resumed training from an injury layoff.
The Chipolopolo jersey no.3 travelled with Ural first team players from Ekeringburg to the tourist city of Sochi early this week.
Since the turn of the year, Chisamba has been eased by Ural medics after a hairline fracture he suffered in November last year.
He initially started his rehabilitation by working with physiotherapy before going to the gym in the last three weeks.
The 25 year old will be hoping he makes the match of day squad after the international break should he remain unscathed.
The Red Lions and Kafue FC Youth Product joined Ural in 2010 when the team was in division 1 and he is the longest serving player at the Russian Premier League side.
He also spent a season in Georgia with Baia Zugdidi.
The 2012 African Cup of Nations winner played 2 seasons with Zanaco before he left for Eastern Europe.
We needed Chisamba Lungu in Congo. Congo are very deadly at home.

The was creativity thats y we created many chances and missed many.Dribbling and creativity shud be diffentiated,which game did Chisadihno had an assist.Perry Mutapa,and Charles Musond were midfielders not just dribbling.Chisadihno shud improve on that if he wants to play Zambia national team.
the only midfielder i saw, creating goals 4 zambia was charles musonda. But 2de our midfield is porus, this is why i say our coaches r failing us. Check our clubs u will be luck if u r going 2 find one.
Chisamba hasn’t added that much needed value to team, he’s just an average player whom you can not heavily rely on, the only good thing about him is his versatility.
Is Isaac Chansa part of the team travelled to Congo Brazzaville? He deserves to be in the starting xi. He is in an excellent form, for those who watched the CHAN Tonourment can bear me witness. He has expensive passes and he made an assist to the goal Mayuka scored against Ghana.
Chisamba is not afraid to take on defenders and not afraid to use common sense and display his skills which dazzle most defenders and has earn him aname.he really contribute to the team but sometimes makes mistakes which every fearless player does.sometimes strikers just fail to read his moves and hence fail to score.our strikers sometimes run ahead of the ball ,misses terribly or too slow to shoot at goal.i feel we have creative midfilderS. Kalaba ,katongo and even chisamba do the creativity.some isaac chansa passed sjow creativity as well.lets be able to pick postives from the team and build on them .criticising is very very simple while implementation and psyching of players ia achallenge
Most of bloggers on zamfoot destroy mentality of players and even some coaching staff who read this.remember the game is played on the ground ,planned by coach and implemented by players not on website.our contributions should be thus corrective and positive mot always demeaning guys.sometimes players go through downward spiral in their careers while at times upward swings. Russia is a difficult destination in terms of football,ask Gift kampamba,Esau kanyenda of Malawi but for the Ural boss and difficult Russians to keep Chisambadinho for 6 years hand him the captain at one time and after winning afcon 2012 to mount a guard of honour at the airport in Russia speak volumes of his talent possibly his character outside .it seems he is a good ambassador of football.
I still loathe Zambia with a passion because of that painful defeat you inflicted on my beloved team in Gabon. I was so sure we would beat Zambia but that chap Mayuka nailed us ,please help me find a way of forgiving him.

Remember we have one God.Ghana and Zambia will always inflict football pain on each other as long as we life.to tell you the truth despite that Ghana has achieved more than chipolopolo but when The two teams meet,talent ,sparks of brilliance and good passing football is displayed to the football fans across the continent.
