The Zambia COSAFA Cup team are on their way to North Africa to play two friendlies.
Mumamba Numba’s team left on Saturday evening at 21h00 on Emirates to Cairo via Dubai.
The first game will be against Kuwait in Cairo on June 12 .
Zambia will later leave Cairo for Casablanca on June 14 ahead of their final friendly there against Morocco U23 on June 19 in Rabat.
The team is using the two dates as preparations for their COSAFA Cup title defence in Durban from July 5-16.
