Chipolopolo leave for Angola on Wednesday

The Zambia national team will leave for Angola tomorrow to take part in an invitation four nation tournament.

The Chipolopolo who are currently in camp are using the tournament which will feature DR Congo, Namibia and hosts Angola to prepare for the World Cup qualifying match against Sudan next week.

Coach George Lwandamina has stated that the tournament will help raise the fitness of the local players who make the core of the players.

“What is important that we will give the local players more exposure. We won’t have enough time with the foreign based players, but if the core of the players are fit, it is good for the team,” Lwandamina told the ZamFoot Crew.

The tournament is being hosted in Luanda as part of the Angola Independence celbrations and will be played on 6th and 7th November, 2015.
