I just saw a very timid looking Chipolopolo brutally exposed in all departments. Defensively we are in absolute shambles. Egypt easily capitalized on our lack of defensive organization. We just witnessed an embarrassing lesson on how not to experiment with clueless and enexperinced players such as the two fullbacks.

Going forward we had no pace and bite whatsoever meaning we couldn’t offer any threat to Egypt. The times when we were in possession of the ball we moved like pedestrians. The saddest thing was seeing zambia committing basic footballing errors especially when defending.

I saw a bunch of players lacking in self belief and the Egyptians had a field day at demonstrating possessive football and effective counter attacking. The build up and final execution of their 3rd goal showed how far behind we are. At this rate, hopes for World Cup qualification is dreaming in colour.

Headline should be Chipolopolo thumped in Dubai. Going down is like 1-0 ,2-1 etc.

But when I talk people don’t seem to listen. Lwandimina is a big fool to take such a team to play Egypt. This coach is very useless. I said Egypt would butcher us with that team. Mayuka is much better than kalengo. If kalengo was good why is he 30 years still in ZPL. Those full backs are very useless and should never play again. The defence is in a mess. We are simply weak. This is a friendly match and one cannot read too much into them .Iam sure the coach has seen our achilles heel and will work on them. Good workout for the boys in my opinion.

Generally speaking, Zambia has got very good players. The problem is we lack a proper coach with technical know how on key issues. We can’t continue listening to the usual nonsense of “we have learnt something from the defeat or we’re building a new team bla bla bla!

When I look at Lwandamina’s tactics and the players he chooses, even Janza looks like a genius. Those two boys should not be anywhere near the national team. Plz lets not blame Boyd M’kandawire and Benedict Chepeshi. The boys are highly talented but jst being rushed into the senior team. Those who are insulting them should spare them as this is killing our future Chipolopolo stars. Zambian players are not as physical as west African players this is the main reason why they cant perform. This has nothing to do with the coach its just that Zambian players are below par. Lwandamina is not a gud coach, janza is far much better than him.we won kenya by lucky, therefore if u do not change da coach ba faz we il continue losing. I ve neva suported this chiken ful of experiments

I have been mentioning on this forum that this young lads are not yet ready. And that they will be torn to pieces when we meet more formidable sides. And this is what happened. Sudan will butcher Zambia in Khartoum if we don’t learn from what happened last night and it will be very difficult to reverse that score line in Ndola.
In a game of such a huge magnitude, we needed tried and tested players like Mbola, Kabaso, Kangwa, Mayuka, Singuluma, Katebe, and probably Fwayo Tembo. Zambia does not learn. We keep on doing the same things over and over again hoping to get a different result. The coach is useless. Why continue playing those little boys as full backs. Lwandamina is not a good coach just like he was not even a good defender in his playing days.

Its pretty clear the fullbacks are being rushed into the fold but lets desist from insulting them. It is certainly not their fault. Let’s not break their spirit, we should actually encourage them as they are our future. The problem is the people who are rushing them. Im not sure what point Lwandamina is trying to prove because even an inexperienced coach can clearly see the lads are being rushed. Its a bigger pull to swallow but lets soldier on gents……Its not like FAZ listens to reason anyway.

Why werent Mbola and Kangwa called – that is the way forward, playing Mbesuma and Kalengo is stop-gap measure which is used in desperate times but its not sustainable.

Fwayo – Disciplinary issues all the time and on the bench most times
Mweene – Reflexes going down benched most times at club
Mkandawire – Still raw for the big stage
Lwandamina – He is a one dimensional game coach. Look at his Zesco team. IT can work for the club but not at national team level. He is good for identifying talent and not a coach for the future.
