Chilufya, Lungu, Mupopo join Copper Queens camp in Algeria

Prisca Chilufya, Ireen Lungu and Kabange Mupopo have joined the Copper Queens camp in Algiers, Algeria, ahead of tomorrow’s final international friendly match.

The three players arrived at Houari Boumediene International Airport at 11:55 hours (Zambian time) this morning before linking up with the rest of the squad at the team’s hotel.

They are expected to take part in this evening’s final training session as preparations continue for the friendly.

Meanwhile, Racheal Kundananji is expected to arrive tonight at 22:00 hours, while Fridah Mukoma’s arrival has been delayed due to club commitments.

The trio’s arrival takes the number of players in camp to 24.

Copper Queens play their last pre – WAFCON friendly match against Algeria at Mustapha Tchaker Stadium. Kickoff is at 19h00 (Zambian time).
