Chipolopolo coach George ‘Chicken’ Lwandamina has named the 18 man squad that will travel to Namibia tomorrow to play that country in a2016 Rwanda CHAN qualifier.
Zesco United veteran striker Winstone Kalengo has beefed up the usually blunt striking force while Chicken has also added pace in the midfield by naming La Liga trialist Charles Zulu in the squad.
New call-up Buchizya Mfune from Green Buffaloes has also made the final cut.
Zambia play Namibia on Sunday in Windhoek.

I think its charms or these guys share the allowances with coaches. Coz honestly these players have shown they can’t tick when selected in the line up but they continue to be called, I can’t be surprised for even Chicken George is also another clown.

I live in ndola and I watch zesco and forest a lot. So anyone who watches jackson, kalengo will agree with me these two are not national team material and not good for the future. Quiet alright they do a gud job for zesco but not for national team.
The coach can select his own players but surely abena jackson naba kalengo awe na Festus mbewe awamapo. We hv tried them at all levels they hv failed. Late Dennis Lota was da last ZPL top scorer 2 become a hit the rest hv been/were flops.
