Kafue Celtic’s 100% home record was today brought to an end after they were beaten 2-0 by Chambishi at the OYDC in Lusaka.
Chambishi came out guns blazing from the first whistle has they showed no respect or fear for Kafue Celtic who are known to be so dominate at home.
Two goals from hero of the day Kelvin Chomba in the 49th and 66th minutes were enough to condemn the crocs to their first home loss at home this season. The win means Chambishi are now joint with Kansanshi Dynamos on 25 points but have a lesser goal difference.
In the earlier game played at the same venue, Zesco Malaiti Rangers came back to winning ways beating Trident Kalumbila by a Benson Mulenga lone goal despite missing two players who were regulars this season in Jimmy Mukeya and Doisy Soko who have been recalled by their parent club Napsa stars.
