The 2020 CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round took center stage this afternoon with two of the four Zambian representatives in action.
In the CAF Champions League, Forest Rangers welcomed Gabonese side AS Bouenguindi at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, After 90 minutes the two teams could only settle for sharing spoils.
In Burundi, Green Eagles were held to a 2-2 draw against Musongati.
Goals from Lineker Mwiikisa and Hosea Silwimba ensured that the Kawale Boys came back with a draw and two away goals.
The action continues tomorrow as NAPSA Stars are away to Ngazi Sport in Comoros Islands while Nkana is in Lesotho to play Bantu FC.
Return legs for the Preliminary rounds are expected to take center stage next weekend.
