CAF CL: Lwandamina makes 3 changes in Zesco return match

Zambian champions Zesco United this afternoon take on Al Ghazala Wau FC of South Sudan in the 2016 CAF champions league preliminary round return leg.

Coach George Lwandamina has made three changes to the team that beat Al Ghazala Wau 2 – 0 in the first leg in Ndola with captain Jacob Banda returning in goal while Kenyan international Jesse Jackson Were makes way for Jackson Mwanza with Ayo Oluwafemi also dropping to the bench for Simon Silwimba.

Zambia scored the two goals at home through Idriss Mbombo and Clatous Chama.

Zesco will need to avoid losing by a two goal margin to secure a place in the first round though a victory is certain if proceedings from the first leg are anything to go by.

The game kicks off at 1530hrs Zambian time.

  1. A team from South Sudan is supposed to be beaten clean. 2-0 at home and 0-1 away- Zesco have a problem. I am aware the Zambian League has not started yet but for sure SS are crap. Awe mwe everything is load fimo fimo

By the way do Zesco, Zanaco, GBFC, Red Arrows, Power and Nkana have junior teams?? e.g. under 14/16/19/20 etc. It seems they rely on other teams hard Work. One case is that of Ngulube who wants to walk where he wants. Pathetic. Develop your own players. Players can move but this has to be with a reason, like at my Club Brave Rangers, players have left cause of not being paid, that I understand

    Cheers
