The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved 10,000 fans for Saturday’s CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round first leg encounter between Zambia Super League side Red Arrows and Angolan side Clube Desportivo Primeiro de Agosto Football Club.
The match is set for the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka, Zambia. This is according to a statement by the club posted on their social media as monitored by the ZamFoot Crew.
The Airmen will also be backed by fans in the stands as CAF has approved into the stands 10,000 fans for this encounter.
“Fans wishing to watch the match are advised to still observe the five golden rules of the Covid protocols and all such requirements will be in force at the Stadium.”
The Airmen progressed to the Second Round of the competition by beating Young Buffaloes of Eswatini 2-1 on aggregate while the Angolan side was laying in wait for the winner between Red Arrows and Young Buffaloes Football Clubs.
Red Arrows will soon announce the ticket prices for the encounter and hope to have a good turnout as they look to progress to the next round of the Competition.
