Ndola based Zambia Super League side Buildcon have signed Ivorian striker Ephraim Guikan on a two year deal.
The deal comes just a day after Guikan left Gor Mahia on mutual consent. Guikan signed the contract in Nairobi, Kenya in the presence of his agent Gbenga Lew of Soccer Stars Management.

According to media reports in Kenya Guikan had a fall out with Gor Mahia head coach Hassan Oktay after he walked straight down the tunnel after being subbed off in the first half for Dennis Oliech in the 4-1 win over Mount Kenya United.
Club official Sally Bolo was quoted by the club’s official website noting that the striker had handed in a transfer request, “Guikan requested to leave and as a club, we have to respect that. We had a mutual agreement and we have given him the release letter as per regulations
Guikan was first rumoured to be heading to Nkana and Forest Rangers had also declared interest as of yesterday.
Guikan is expected to arrive in Zambia shortly and will become the 14th acquisition for the Zambia Super League money bags this season.
