At DK Stadium, Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club thumped Chipata Girls 5-0 to maintain their spot at the summit of the ZPL Women’s Super League.
Regina Kayamboma scored a brace while Evarine Susan Katongo, Esther Siamfuko and Agnes Phiri scored a goal each as they cruised to a 5-0 win.
At Trade Fair Ground, ZESCO Ndola Girls beat Green Eagles 4-1 to keep up pace with Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club.
Dorothy Daka put ZESCO Ndola Girls in the lead in the first minute but Rachel Moono leveled matters eleven minutes later.
Avell Chitundu put Zegalicious back in the lead in the 27th minute, Thandiwe Ndhlovu doubled the lead in the 38th minute while Mila Milambo sealed the win in the dying minutes.
Stacy Mwelwa rescued a point for Nkwazi Queens in 68th minute after Lilian Mwaba had put Assembly in the lead two minutes into the second half.
