President of the Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA), Sepp Blatter, has congratulated Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president, Kalusha Bwalya on his re-election to the CAF Executive Committee.
Blatter stated in his letter to Kalusha that the re-election was a sign of confidence from the African Football community in his abilities, skills and experience.

Kalusha Bwalya was re-elected to the CAF Executive Committee for another four years.
With Blatter or not Kalu must go, old cows are clinging to football administration Ayatou, Blatter & all Pres indents in African Football Associations.
Mr Tenga former Presindent of Football Association of Tanzania has not published his congratulatory letter from the same corrupt Blatter.

Change is always good, although a lot of people fear change. There is a lot of good that comes with it; new ideas, productivity, etc. Thats why we have Change Management as in Project Management. We need change in most institutions especially when people overstay and begin to think they own those institutions which results in dictatorship.
