I believe in team work more than individual brilliance – Kaindu

Power dynamos coach Kelvin Kaindu has reiterated his belief in team play more than individual brilliance.

The former Zimbabwean based tactician said he would rather take a risk on fringe players than select players who are not showing enough commitment.

” Am a coach that believes in team play in as much as other players may give you and advantage in a game i believe so much in team and if am not getting a positive result in terms of communication, commitment to work I take risk and I would rather play with the guys that are showing commitment and we thank God that results have come, ” He said.

Power played the match without winger Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba, midfield ace Larry Bwalya, injured vice Captain Billy Mutale and first choice goalkeeper Joshua Titima who is also on the mend

On his team performance over the last two games, The former Zanaco midfielder was very impressed with the improvement he has seen stating that it was a plus to win two games back to back without conceding.

” It’s a plus for us, In the past we have failed to do that every after a win most times we go either in draw or we lose but for us to pick two wins in two games is a plus and also keeping a clean sheet shows that we are improving our biggest deficit has been the way we have been conceding But the at the rate we missing chances we could have been punished today, ” He said.

Alex Ng’onga scored in the 52nd minute to propel Power dynamos to a one nil win over Buildcon at Arthur Davis stadium moving them to fourth place on the log.
