Bafana Bafana outclassed Zambia 3-1 at Nelson Mandela Stadium on Saturday afternoon in a FIFA international friendly match.
Bafana Bafana were the better side from the onset and enjoyed the lion share of chances with Moremi, Mokoena, Sipho Mbule and Oswin Appollis making life hard for Zambia.
Appollis came close after the hour mark but Toaster Nsabata produced a brilliant save.
The pressure for South Africa paid off two minutes to halftime as Sithole set up Appollis who made no mistake to slot home from close range.
The pressure continued in the second half as second half substitute Nkota Mohau beat Nsabata with a sublime finish from outside the 18 yard area.
Six minutes later Sithole Sphehepo headed in a third from a well taken corner by Nkota.
Chipolopolo pulled one back late in additional time through substitute Joseph Banda, 3-1 the match finished. The two teams were using the match as part of their preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Zambia is in Group A alongside hosts Morocco, West African giants Mali, and Comoros. Meanwhile Bafana Bafana are in Group B and will face Egypt, Angola and Zimbabwe.
