Zambian goalkeeper Agness ‘Fabiola’ Banda nicknamed the Great Fab and her TP Mazembe teammates are the Champions of DR Congo following a huge win on Sunday.
Mazembe thrashed DC Bweremana 9-0 with hat-tricks from Justine Basso and Esther Dikisha to seal the DR Congo Women’s Championship.
The former National Assembly shot stopper has impressed in goal for TP Mazembe and has already helped the club to win a provincial cup.
The Copper Queens goal minder is the FCF TP Mazembe first choice goalkeeper and has played in 10 games since her switch from Zambia.
The University of Zambia graduate has kept 9 clean sheets, allowing only one goal in over 900 minutes of play.
She was part of the COSAFA Women’s Championship winning squad last year.
