Zambia U17: Numba makes three changes for Sudan return game

Zambia U17 national team coach Numba Mumamba has made three changes to the team that played the first leg against Sudan in Lusaka for the all important qualifier to be played in Sudan today.

Zax Katongomola who was not part of the team that drew the first leg has been named in defence while striker cum midfielder Paul Mwachisemu who was an unused substitute starts as well.

Martin Njovu saw some action off the bench in the first leg but he has been given a starting berth today.

Niza Simutenda is expected to be the key player in attack but the highly talented Mwachisemu who showed great close control skills ability to hit balls from outside the area should be the players to do the damage in Sudan.

The two teams played out to a goalless draw in two weeks ago and the winner between the two side will progress.

A scoring draw will favor Zambia on away goals.

The game kicks off at 1600hrs Zambian time.

Prince Bwalya – Andrew Phiri, Zax Katongomola, Hillary Mwiinga, Jonathan Kapelembe, Abel Kanyamula, Paul Mwachisemu, Prince Mumba, Niza Simutenda, Martin Njovu, Francis Mwepu
