The MTN Super League entered week eight of action on Saturday with six matches taking place across the country.

The hosts looked like heading for victory but the dramatic last ten minutes saw the Champions score twice first through Thomas Zulu to level matters and then Cephas Handavu to take the lead for the first time in the match.

Confusion then erupted as fans started throwing missiles on the pitch. The match was later abandoned due to the confusion with Arrows in the lead.

Sunset Stadium hosted a double header with Nkwazi and Green Buffaloes facing off in the early kick off.

Nkwazi came from two goals  down to level matters and took the lead only for George Ngoma to level it in the last ten minutes.

George Ndhlovu put the Police sponsored outfit in the lead in the 78th minute but the lead only lasted for two minutes as George Ngoma tied it at 3-3 in the 80th minute.

Early on striker Justin Shonga had a penalty saved by Clement Kasongo after Harry Milanzi Jr was judged to have handled the ball inside the area, a retake was ordered and again Kasongo saved it.

The second match of the day at Sunset saw the Bankers Zanaco welcome Lumwana Radiants.

Boyd Musonda scored a thunderbolt ten minutes into the second half to help Zanaco to only their first home win of the season.

At Nkana Stadium, The record 13 time Champions needed a late Thabani Kamusoko strike to rescue a point after Clifford Mulenga had put Forest Rangers in the lead.
