ZSL: Lumwana record first win as Buffaloes stun Power

Green Buffaloes beat Power Dynamos 2-1 at Arthur Davies Stadium on Saturday.

An own goal from Pride Mwansa and a goal from Eric Chomba before the break was enough for the Zambia Army Sponsored sides.

Defender Dominic Chanda grabbed the consolation for Power Dynamos.

Power Dynamos have gone 5 games without recording a win, having just picked 4 from a possible 15 points.

In North Western, Narjis Arhab’s brace propelled Lumwana Radiants to their first victory of the season as they beat Indeni 2-1.

Elsewhere Kabwe Warriors and Forest Rangers shared spoils in a four goal thriller at Godfrey ‘Ucar’ Chitalu Stadium.

Numba Mumanga’s Warriors came from behind to earn a point.

First half goals from Clement Mulenga and Quadri Kola gave Forest Rangers the lead.

Godfrey Binga pulled one back before the break before Timothy Sakala’s second half equaliser calmed down the home fans.

Elsewhere Nkwazi and Green Eagles played out to a goalless stalemate in Lusaka.
