Zambia Super League side ZESCO United has confirmed the acquisition of three new players as they continue to fine tune for the 2023/2024 MTN Super League season.
Zega Mambo has confirmed the acquisition of Congolese defender Madi Binemo, and midfielder Samson Ngoma.
The Nine time Super League Champions have also sealed a loan deal for defender Pride Mwansa.
“ZESCO United is delighted to announce the signing of Congolese defender Lebeau Madi Binemo on a three-year contract.
Meanwhile United have secured the services of former River Plate midfielder Samson Ngoma on a five-year deal.
United have also clinched a two-year loan agreement with Nkwazi for the services of Pride Mwansa.”
Binemo joins the nine-time League Champions after successful stints with Congolese giants TP Mazembe and St. Eloi Lupopo.
ZESCO are looking to build a team to win the league and possibly make it ten.
ZESCO will kick off their 2023/2024 campaign with an away fixture with the ‘Pensioners’, NAPSA Stars.
The number of new players at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium has now moved to five for the George Lwandamina coached side who recently announced the arrival of Toaster Nsabata and winger Abraham Siankombo.
