Zanaco set to stun the Tunisians away in Gabes

Zambia’s representatives in the CAF Confederations Cup Zanaco today had a feel of the playing turf at the Stade Municipal de Gabès the official match venue for Tuesday afternoon game.

The ‘bankers’ play Stade Gabesien in the second round return clash of the CAF Confederations Cup.

Zanaco arrived in Gabes on Sunday evening and immediately went to have a workout under flood lights and they continued to shape up on Monday.

Coach Numba Mumamba carried a 20 man strong squad and will rely on the pace of Charles Zulu and Davy Daka to unsettle the Tunisians.

Having played to a 1 – 1 draw in Lusaka at Nkoloma Stadium, Zanaco have to pick maximum points or at least play to a high scoring draw.

The match is on Tuesday 19, April, 2016 and kick off is at 14:30hrs (Local Time), 15:30hrs Zambian time.
