Zambian teen referee Raphael Mbotela will be in charge of the Botswana versus Namibia at 10:00hours on Monday at the on going COSAFA Under-17 Girls Championship.
Mbotela, who was fourth official in Saturday’s U17 Boys match between Angola and Botswana, will be assisted by Musa Nkomo of Eswatini and Aldair Carmelino of Angola.
The fourth official is Moselantja Mbhele of Lesotho.

The winner between Botswana and Namibia will face Zambia in the final of the competition.
The 17 year old hail from Ndola where he has made a name for himself.
Mbotela, rose to stardom after he refereed a friendly match between Zambian Champions Zesco United and Forest Rangers in his home town.
