The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) have announced the gate charges for the Zambia versus Gabon friendly match.
The gate charges have been pegged at K30 all round with the VIP tickets going at K300.
The game will be played on Tuesday at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka and will kick off at 18:00hrs.
The Chipolopolo who will play Kenya on Sunday will fly back to Lusaka on Sunday immediately after the match in Nairobi and will rest on Monday in readiness for the Tuesday game.
Better they have reduced but K20 could hv added more fans though permutations!
We first have to beat Kenya then the crowd will be big! Emotional match it will be 20yrs after we last hosted Gabon in that crucial 1-0 win at independence. Tears will flow on Tuesday with few metres from those graves. Unlike in 1995 when Gabon flew in 2 hrs before the match coz of seeing oceans of Zambian tears post air disaster, this time the visitors come with much freedom.
If only the players could remember the broken hearts led by then President Chiluba in 1993, they would put in more than they have ever done outside that final against Ivory coast in Libreville.
Gabon carries history after the disaster, which only manifested 18yrs later!
Zambia scored 2 goals in opening game against Senegal’s 1. The goals came in 11th and 21st minutes, matching the dates of tournament’s kick off and ending: 21st January and 11th February 2012. The tournament was won in the 18th year of the reconstituted team after the disaster and it took the 18th penalty to win it!

I don’t see Zambia going anywhere. In Kenya, the best result Zambia can get there is a draw though not possible. Kenya drew away with the most feared team in this group Congo B while Zambia can not even defeat a banch of fishermen from Guinea Bissau at home. Kenya 3-1 Zambia.
Realistically speaking Kenya is neither the best team nor the worst in African neither is it a team we can’t beat.As tough as I think the game will be,I still believe that we’ll be able to collect all 3 points.Lets all just support the boys and give them all the encouragement they need after-all if they lose we all lose and that makes us all losers! But if they win we all win and that makes us all winners! Bear that in mind

Zambia will carry the day, the only issue here is security! Has Kenya beefed up tight security. FAZ and Zambian Govt should insure that our boys are safe. Kenya has suffered attacks over the past months
If we lose Kalusha and his cohorts must do the honourable thing and resign. Though this is beyond them; there is no honour amongst thieves!
How this Gabon Friendly could have helped us if it had come a week or two earlier than this date.
